These terms govern the relationship between the business using poSell ("Customer") and Linkia Solutions LLC (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — "Provider"). By ticking the box on the sign-up form you accept these terms.
poSell is a browser-based point-of-sale and back-office application covering sales, inventory
and reporting. Each business gets its own subdomain (example.posell.app) and its own
isolated database.
⚠️ Fiscal receipt notice — we would rather say this up front. poSell is a back-office / inventory / sales-tracking system. It is not a certified fiscal device and the receipts it prints are not legal fiscal receipts. Where your jurisdiction requires one, the fiscal receipt must be issued by a certified fiscal device — in Turkey, a Yeni Nesil ÖKC. E-invoicing, e-archive and fiscal-device integration are not part of this service. Meeting these obligations is the Customer's responsibility.
Your business data belongs to you. The Provider does not use it for any purpose other than operating the service and never sells it to third parties. Even after your subscription ends you may request an export; your data is retained for 30 days from that date and may be permanently deleted afterwards.
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the service running but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Backups are taken daily; we still recommend that you export your own data regularly.
The Provider's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Indirect damages, loss of profit and third-party claims are excluded. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.
You may cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the period already paid for. The Provider may suspend an account that breaches these terms; for terminations not caused by a breach, at least 30 days' notice is given.
When these terms change, the version number is updated and material changes are announced. The Provider is a legal entity governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and these terms are interpreted accordingly. This does not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available to you under the laws of your own country; for businesses operating from Turkey, rights under KVKK are set out separately in the Privacy Policy.
