A register built for fingers
Scan, set quantity, apply a discount, take payment. The on-screen keypad means no keyboard is needed. It works the same on a touchscreen or with a mouse.
A register, not a project.
poSell is cloud point of sale and inventory software for small shops. Scan, sell, and let stock take care of itself. It runs in your browser, with the scanner you already own.
No install · No server · 90 days free, no card
What it does
The three things you touch every day live on the same screen. No second program, no paper ledger, no separate spreadsheet.
Scan, set quantity, apply a discount, take payment. The on-screen keypad means no keyboard is needed. It works the same on a touchscreen or with a mouse.
Purchase price, sale price, low-stock alerts. You stop guessing what's left on the shelf, because the count is already right.
Takings, best sellers, margin per product. See which lines earn their shelf space and which ones just sit there.
Open a second shop and it gets store2.posell.app with its own data. Nothing mixes, and you can pull reports per store or across all of them.
Who it's for
A single-register corner shop and a three-branch chain get the same software at the same starting price.
Language
You pick the language and the currency when you sign up, so the register, the stock screens and the reports are in it from the first sale.
Fifteen languages, fully translated. You can change the language or the currency at any time in Settings. Arabic is translated but the screen is still laid out left to right.
How it works
No technical setup. The computer and scanner on your counter are enough.
Nothing to download, no server to configure. Windows, Mac or a tablet. Type your address, sign in, and the register is there.
Standard USB barcode scanners, receipt printers and serial-port weighing scales are supported. You don't need to buy new hardware.
Barcode, name, price. After that it runs itself: stock drops on every sale and the day's report is waiting when you close.
Why this is not a weekend project
poSell is new. The software underneath it is not.
The register, the stock control and the reports come from Open Source Point of Sale, a project that has been developed in the open since 2013 and is still being worked on today. It has been through more than a decade of real shops finding the edge cases, which is not something a new product can shortcut.
That is worth knowing when you are about to hand your daily takings to a company you have not heard of. You can read the code, and so can anyone else.

poSell is back-office sales and inventory software. Many countries require a certified fiscal device for the customer's legal receipt. Where that applies, the legal receipt has to come from that device, not from poSell.
